Return and Refund Policy – Manbhum Jewels

At Manbhum Jewels, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.

Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving their order.

To request a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within the return window.

1) Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory (without cuts or edits)

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, the return request cannot be accepted.

2) How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at:

within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • The unboxing video

3) Return Shipping Policy

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Manbhum Jewels will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other return reasons, the customer may be required to pay the return shipping charges.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4) Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders via UPI/Card/Razorpay)

  • Bank account, if the order was COD (customer must provide bank details)

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5) COD Orders

COD customers will receive their refund via Bank Transfer or UPI only.

6) Exchanges

At this time, Manbhum Jewels does not offer exchanges.
Only returns and refunds are available as per the eligibility rules above.

7) Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased during a sale

  • Items priced below ₹99

  • Products without an unboxing video

  • Products used, damaged, or altered by the customer
